Information collected automatically: When you visit LogoCraft, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on the site, and actions taken within the logo editor. This helps us improve the tool and understand usage patterns.

Logo data: Your logo designs are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them to your account. We do not access, view, or analyse the content of your logos.

2How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account and process subscription payments
  • Send you transactional emails such as receipts, password resets, and account notifications
  • Send you optional marketing communications about new features, promotions, and blog posts (only with your consent)
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve the logo editor, templates, and overall experience
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent activity and abuse of our platform

LogoCraft is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
