However, creating a free account allows you to save your logo projects, access them across devices, and manage your subscription if you upgrade to Pro. However, because we offer templates and a shared icon library, other users could theoretically create similar designs. If absolute uniqueness and trademark exclusivity are important to you, we recommend using LogoCraft as a starting point and working with a brand designer for final refinement. Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time from your Account Settings page — no phone calls, no forms, no waiting. After cancelling, you will retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. Logos you have already downloaded remain yours to keep and use.

Yes. We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your payment, contact us at billing@logocraft.com and we'll issue a full refund within 5 to 10 business days. After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also accept PayPal for annual plans. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Yes! We offer a 50% discount for verified students and a 30% discount for registered nonprofit organisations. Free users can download PNG at standard resolution (600px) and JPG. Pro users additionally get PNG at up to 4000×4000px with transparent background support, and SVG vector format. SVG is the most versatile format — it can be scaled to any size without quality loss, making it ideal for print materials, signage, embroidery, and professional use. For web use, PNG with transparency is usually best.

In the Background tab of the logo editor, select "None" to remove the background. Then click the PNG download button — the exported file will have a transparent background. This feature requires a Pro subscription. Transparent PNG files work on any background colour in websites, presentations, business cards, and print materials.

If you have a free account, you can save your logo project and return to edit it at any time within the LogoCraft editor. Downloaded PNG and JPG files are raster images and cannot be re-opened in the editor. SVG files (Pro feature) can be opened and edited in vector software like Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape (free), or Figma. We recommend saving your project to your account before downloading to preserve editability.

Free plan downloads are 600×600px (or equivalent for non-square canvases). Pro plan downloads go up to 4000×4000px, which is more than sufficient for most print applications including large format posters and banners. For truly unlimited resolution at any size, download your logo as an SVG (Pro only) — SVG files are infinitely scalable with no quality loss.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link within a minute. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still have trouble, contact support@logocraft.com with your account email address.

You can delete your account from Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, saved logo projects, and personal data within 30 days. Any active paid subscription will be cancelled and prorated. If you are within the 30-day refund window, you can request a refund before deleting. This action cannot be undone.

Pro and Enterprise plan users receive a full commercial license granting worldwide, non-exclusive rights to use logos they create for any lawful business purpose — including on websites, social media, products, packaging, advertising, and print materials. You are free to pursue trademark registration of logos you create with LogoCraft, however we make no guarantees about trademark eligibility. Trademarks require distinctiveness, and logos using common icons or typefaces may face registration challenges. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified trademark attorney in your jurisdiction before filing. LogoCraft is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice.

You own the creative output — the specific combination of text, fonts, colors, and arrangement that makes up your logo. LogoCraft retains ownership of the underlying platform, templates, and licensed assets (fonts, icons) used to build it. Your Pro or Enterprise license grants you full rights to use and commercialise the final logo design. Think of it similarly to using stock photos in a design — you own the composition, not the individual elements.

LogoCraft works best on modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 14+, and Edge 90+. The logo editor uses HTML5 Canvas which is supported by all modern browsers. Internet Explorer is not supported. On mobile, the editor works but we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best design experience, especially when making fine adjustments.

If your download is not working, try these steps in order:

• Check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups or downloads from logocraft.com
• Try a different browser (Chrome usually works best for canvas downloads)
• Disable any ad blocker or privacy extension temporarily
• Make sure your internet connection is active and stable
• Try refreshing the page and recreating your logo, then downloading again

If none of these steps work, please contact support@logocraft.com with your browser version and operating system and we'll investigate.

The logo editor itself uses your browser's rendering engine and runs largely in your browser, so once the page has loaded, you may be able to continue designing without an active connection. However, downloading your logo, saving to your account, loading templates from the server, and accessing premium features all require an internet connection. For the most reliable experience, we recommend designing while connected.
